24-Hour/Rush Service: $139
requires a call or text immediately after submission
Priority / Same-Day Service: $189
requires a call or text immediately after submission
Additional recipient at the same address, same case: $35
Waiting service, court appearances, and depositions: $125 per hour with a two-hour minimum
Printing fee: $0.15 per page after the first 10 pages
All fees are per person, per address, and per case
Rush serves in 24 hours add $50
Same day services add $100 (documents need to be received by 3 pm)
Waiting fee $85 per hour 2 hour minimum.
Multi County Court Pickup Fee applies for any documents that will need to be picked up from the Clerk of Courts (County A) and served outside of the County (County B) where the court filing is issued.
